Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, you and Voyager Global Ltd agree that you both retain the right to bring an action in small claims court and to bring an action for injunctive relief or intellectual property infringement.
Severability
If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

Welcome to Voyager Global Ltd. (“Voyager,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the registration and use of the Voyager app (“App”) by campgrounds (“Campground,” “you,” or “your”). By registering your Campground with Voyager, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before registering.
§ 1. Registration and Account
1.1 Eligibility: By registering your Campground with Voyager, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to enter into these Terms on behalf of the Campground.
1.2 Account Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering your Campground and to keep such information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
§ 2. Trial Period and Subscription
2.1 Trial Period: Campgrounds that register with Voyager for the first time before 2026 are eligible for a free trial period of one (1) year.
2.2 Subscription Fee: After the trial period ends, a subscription fee, provided in the price list, will apply. Campgrounds have the option to choose between a 6-month or 12-month subscription. Upon the conclusion of the trial period, we will bill the Campground according to the subscription model they have selected. Continued use of the App after the trial period constitutes your agreement to pay the applicable subscription fee based on the chosen subscription model.
2.3 Payment Terms: The subscription fee is payable annually in advance. Failure to pay the subscription fee will result in the suspension or termination of your account.
2.4 Payment Method: Voyager Global Ltd. reserves the right to request your payment method at the time of registration. After the trial period, we will charge your credit card or bank account via SEPA authorisation. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you consent to us collecting and storing your payment information for the purpose of processing the subscription fee for your Campground.
§ 3. Campground Listings
3.1 Listing Content: You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in your Campground listing, including but not limited to descriptions, photos, availability, and pricing.
3.2 Compliance: Your Campground listing must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post any false, misleading, or defamatory information.
§ 4. User Interactions
4.1 Bookings: Voyager provides a platform for users to book campgrounds. Any bookings made through the App are between you and the user. Voyager is not a party to any booking agreement and disclaims all liability arising from such agreements.
4.2 Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself in a professional manner and to provide services to users in accordance with the descriptions in your Campground listing.
§ 5. Termination
5.1 Termination by Voyager: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, including for any violation of these Terms.
5.2 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by providing written notice to Voyager. Termination will be effective at the end of your current subscription period, and no refunds will be provided.
§ 6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 Disclaimer: Voyager provides the App on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the App or any content therein.
6.2 Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyager shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from (i) your use of the App; (ii) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App.
§ 7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Voyager, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the App.
§ 8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1 Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
8.2 Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the United Kingdom, except that you or Voyager may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
§ 9. Miscellaneous
9.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Voyager regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements.
9.2 Amendments: Voyager reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and/or via email. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
9.3 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
9.4 Waiver: No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition.

1. Introduction
Welcome to the Voyager App, operated by Voyager Global Ltd. ("Voyager", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our app, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app. The Voyager App allows users to book campgrounds, flights, hotels, and vehicles, access navigation features, connect with travellers, and utilise Voyager AI for personalised travel experiences.
2. Scope of Use
a. Functionality: The Voyager App provides a platform for booking campgrounds, flights, hotels, and vehicles, offers turn-by-turn navigation, and facilitates social interactions among travellers.
b. Downloading, Installing, and Updating: By downloading and installing the Voyager App, you agree to these terms. Updates may be automatically installed without additional notice. You are responsible for maintaining the current version of the app to ensure proper functionality.
3. License Grant
a. License: Voyager grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, limited license to use the Voyager App on compatible devices, subject to these Terms of Use.
b. Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our app or its software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
4. Device and OS Compatibility
a. Compatibility: The Voyager App is compatible with specific devices and operating systems as detailed on our download page. We do not guarantee optimal performance on unsupported devices or operating systems.
b. Disclaimers: Voyager is not responsible for performance issues arising from the use of unsupported devices or operating systems.
5. In-App Purchases
a. Purchases and Subscriptions: The Voyager App may offer in-app purchases and subscription services. All billing and transactions are processed through the app store from which you downloaded the app (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play Store).
b. Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through the respective app store settings. Refund policies are subject to the terms and conditions of the app store.
6. Data Collection and Permissions
a. Data Collection: The Voyager App collects various types of data, including but not limited to, user profile information, usage data, and device information. This data is used to enhance app functionality and user experience.
b. Permissions: The app may request permissions to access certain features of your device, such as location, camera, photo library and notifications. Granting these permissions is necessary for the app’s full functionality.
c. We prioritise your privacy and security. All data transmitted through our app, including photos and voice recordings, is protected by end-to-end encryption, ensuring that only you and the intended recipient can access the data. Your data is stored locally on your device, and we do not retain copies of your photos or voice recordings on our servers.
d. User Consent and Rights
You have control over the data you share with us. You can grant or revoke access to your photo library, camera and microphone at any time through your device settings. If you wish to withdraw your consent for data collection, you can disable these permissions, and the app will no longer access this data.
7. Account Deletion by User
a. You have the right to delete your account at any time. To delete your account, please follow the instructions provided in the account settings of the app.
b. Upon deletion of your account, all personal data associated with your account, including your profile information, uploaded content, and any other data stored by the app, will be permanently removed from our servers. This process is irreversible, and once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
c. Once your account is deleted, you will lose access to all services and content associated with the account, including any purchased content, subscriptions, or credits. Any ongoing services will be terminated, and you will not be entitled to any refunds or compensation for unused portions of these services.
8. Data Retention After Account Deletion
a. Certain information may be retained for a limited period after account deletion to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. This retained data will be stored securely and will not be used for any other purpose.
9. Re-registration After Account Deletion

12. Geolocation Data

13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyager Global Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
a. Your use of or inability to use the app.
b. Any unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
c. Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Voyager App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Voyager Global Ltd. makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the app or the information, content, or materials included on the app. You expressly agree that your use of the app is at your sole risk.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Voyager Global Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the app or your violation of these Terms of Use.
